  How do I purchase an item?

Our website ordering process really is as simple as ABC! Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button found on all of our product pages, and then use the checkout link at the top of the site.

Easy to read on-sreen instructions will then guide you through the rest of the shopping process.

  Is This Item Suitable For My Vehicle?

Some of our items are indeed vehicle specific, however some have several different uses. We are working on a Super Database which will help you find bulbs/wipers for your vehicle in literally no time at all.

  What are your delivery times?

For details information on delivery procedures, please access our Help Point section and read our Delivery & Returns Info carefully.

Basically, any order placed before 1pm will be posted the very same day. All orders after this time will be dispatched and posted the following morning.

We dispatch orders throughout the day and night and 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays!

We use Royal Mail First Class for all orders, so we expect delivery to be made within 2-3 days, if not sooner.

  Can I return an item?

You do have a right to return your order, however limitations apply. Please access our Help Point section and read our Delivery & Returns carefully. This will explain the process in more details.

However, in short we are always happy to exchange/refund items that are not suitable and like to make the process as easy as possible.

Simply contact our Customer Support Team and we will guide you through the rest of the returns process!

  Can I cancel my order?

You do have a right to cancel your order, however limitations apply. Please access our Help Point section and read our Terms & Conditions carefully. This will explain your legal rights.

However, in simple talk you can cancel an order with us within 14 days from the date of purchase. All we request is that you let our Customer Support Team know so that correct returns information can be provided, as this may vary between customer requests.

If an order has not yet been dispatched and we can process you request in time, we are able to hold orders and cancel/refund as required,

  What Countries do you post to?

At the moment we can only post orders to the United Kingdom, where postage is Free.
